    Block 20 has been relinquished because (from quarterly report "following the disappointing results of Heron 1 exploration well and an extensive review of the Block 20 prospectivity , the Joint Venture has resolved to relinquish the permit during the fourth quarter."

    So your point is to spend millions of dollars on a probable barren area?
