I've never invested in a company that is so reluctant to talk to investors.
I emailed the company a simple question about current business operations. After several attempts at making contact, they eventually respond and refer me to Monsoon. But when I talk to Monsoon, they can't answer my questions. Monsoon say they'll pass my questions onto the Company. But after several weeks of waiting, the Company hasn't responded. So I email them again. This time they refer me to the Company Secretary. I leave two messages with the Secretary. But she never returns my calls.
So I get tired of going around in circles and lodge a complaint with the ASX. They say they'll raise my questions with the Company directly and respond to me in ten business days. Instead of spending a few minutes answering my questions in an informal manner via phone/email, the Company now needs to spend their time and money dealing with the ASX and provide their response to my same questions on the public record and under the scrutiny of the regulator.
