They elected to suspend supply on 18th March. Under the terms of the contract, in case of price dispute this suspension can be invoked and implemented up to a max 6 months. Does this mean that they will have to recommence supply at the lower price or perhaps because it is in court the max suspension period is waived pending court outcome? Does anyone know more on this? company updates are so thin.
per Pricing Notice 18/3 : "The potential impact of the Pricing Notice to the Company’s revenue in the event the suspension is for the maximum six (6) month period is circa $20 million"
