    I believe the equity partner is also
    the buyer of CAWF & CAF. In that case
    there won't be a lot of dilution & Centro still
    has the management right which is the main thing.
    The dilution will be cancelled out by the usual
    factors. The share price will rocketd if dividend is
    announced after that. Of caouse this is only my
    thought to share with the BOS holders.
