We aren't even in December yet, and PEN has updated us just two weeks ago.
Are your expecting daily updates or something?
As of quarterly report released 30/11/24, everything is still on track (for now). Also looks like they're working hard to meet the end of 2024 deadline with the 24-hour construction roster.
Not sure what else you want PEN to do/announce at this point in time?
