Your comment would hold water IF the stock price was rising, which I would expect if Lance were on track to open. This is all typical PEN stuff, not just this year but over decades. I say bring back Gus to put a better spin on things. At least he made everyone laugh. Don't believe everything that comes out of PEN's announcements about the future.
