    @rabbitoh; would you be concerned if it was your land being inundated, as is the case at Inverloch in Victoria where in recent years the beach has been eroded away, threatening property, roads and local tourism?

    "... The loss of more than 30 metres of beachfront to erosion in the popular Victorian coastal town of Inverloch has prompted the local council to declare the problem too big for it to deal with alone. …"
