Bit of a defunct question, considering there was a property bull from 2000-2007.
Might be more timely to ask that question in 2-3 years time.
Then again, maybe not.
(Yes, I am a fence sitter and don't profess to be able to predict which way property will go - there is a lot for it and a lot against it IMO).
