I have no Investment Properties as it was obvious that the relative prices were high but will not sell my house neither even though it is also obvious that it will reduce in price (around 20%) see my prior post.
I prefer to be my own landlord and have family strength rather than forgoe a short term gain on property.
Remember to buy and sell property has significant cost.
