I bought a well located property in a classy inner suburb 10 yrs ago at a bargain price ( compared with today's prices ) and can't see why I should sell. don't care if prices fall for the next 5 yrs in a row. property has always been and always should be a long term investment.
short term speculators belong somewhere else - that's what the stockmarket's for.
