there is plenty of land and house supply, heaps of it
whats going to prop up housing when its so over valued?
wages havnt dounled and material costs havnt either in that time frame.. land is free, its allready there, its just public auction that sets the price.
stocks are ok, they ahve revenue and assetts to underpin their prices, which were not over valued at the time of the collaps. so a rebound will come.
so if a comodity like stocks thats not over valued can collaps, what chance has housing that is seriously over valued got?
