just wondering what price was he selling for ??? what is the break up of land costs and building costs.
all those yelling prices to crash by 40%.......am not talking mcmansion style...ordinary 3 bdr...1 bathroom...thats a laugh....how does the cost of building a new one compare to the average old 3 bdr out on the street
devine advert in melb...1 hours drive on freeway...about 250.000 but no one wants to live there ...sounds cheap enuff to me...
or the 40% to come off the 4bdr, 2 bath, games room at over 500,000 ...replacement costs ??? again its out in the burbs
hope keen enjoys having a landlord....and his cash from selling (if he does) goes to the bank and earns zero (his words for rates)....does not sound like a good deal to me
