like so many of these so called experts...they talk a lot but do very little(hence the difference between theoretical academics and real millionaires)...he obviously didn't follow his own advice, and bought in at the peak of the cycle....now he is holding out at 515K whilst advocating a 10 year depression...go figure? You would think that if things are that bad then just meet the market and be done with it...if it sells for 500K so be it...if it sells at 490K so be it...just get out and live to fight another day! Why would 20, 30, 40K make such a difference?
