Cooperation agreement with Siyi

Stage 2
At the completion of the manufacturing facility, SBL will transfer the assembly of OraLine IV for the China market to SiYi and in return SBL will receive fifteen percent equity in SiYi and one seat on SiYi’s board. The illicit drug testing membranes will continue to be manufactured and controlled by SBL U.S.A.

As we are seeing Chinese branded Oraline 4 plastered all over the SiYi website I think it is safe to assume the siYi manufacturing facility is complete or almost complete.
This only leaves the transfer of Oraline 4 assembly to Siyi for completion of this stage a for us to get that 15% stake in SiYi and a spot on their board.

Siyi is defintely on the front foot so you would think completion of Stage 2 is very much on the agenda.
