Not as much stock as I was imagining you were talking about, thought it would be upwards of 500K sub 80. I'll pass on the info anyway :) :)

AIM doesn't trade the same way, you have to deal with a market maker (MM)

They will quote a minimum size that they will deal in at a given price. Current price is £0.47-0.495, so on the sell side they may guarentee to trade 5k @ £0.495 or 10k @£0.495 or 25k @ £0.495, often you can deal bigger than that at a slight premium. There are several MM in the stock so often your broker can get you a price slightly within the bid/offer spread, you can set limit orders etc. Sometimes if they don't quote the size you want you take what they will give you and try and hit another MM straight afterwards to fill as much of your order as possible.

I prefer ASX trading as less of a spread, but sometimes you can't deal in any size, whereas on AIM you can normally trade.

Unfortunately the stock doesn't seem to have caught on yet, so very few people seem to own it going by the UK's main BB forum, which is very quite.
