if we get 100-200 per tonne more than good qaulity kaolin due to having halloysite mixed in at a certain percentage(5-10%) and retain similar costs to WAK... That will be a 100-200%IRR IMO. DYOR.
I personaly think the halloysite based on current evidence looks like it could be suited to the mixed blend market which is 700-1200$ per ton.. Just need to define the pockets of high grade, analyze it and start sending out samples to find its best suited market.
WAK Kaolin production cost is like 160$... If we could get in at $200 and sell at $500 or so instead of 300-400 on regular kaolin... We still make bank.
Alot of routes we coukd take.
