My understanding is that the meeting to extend is tomorrow, 1st Feb, as per the SEC filing.
They needed to extend the end date required to finalise the merger meeting, which was originally supposed to happen before February 8. It will become August. IMO this gives all involved more time to figure something out in case the merger vote doesn't go to plan.

Although I can't find anything official, some shareholders that went to the EUR AGM were told that the actual Sizzle meeting to confirm the merger is on the 8th Feb.

So two Sizzle meetings coming up and all US timings as Carbondriver mentions.

The shareholders also said if all goes to plan, Nasdaq listing in 2 months. Thanks to those who went, Rama and Carbondriver.
