But that seems a normal rollout. I recall in the few cosmetic ones I was involved in Aust was about 6 months after the USA inital launch. It allowed time to get estimates on sales expectations, reuse materials for launch and also manufacturing units. Ie if it was a dog then you would ship returns from USA to here. If it was a smash, then advertising/promos were adjusted and manufacturing was scaled up.
