This patent is nothing of importance for the following 3 reasons :

1) its owned be P&G, not OBJ

2) it is not for any aspect of OBJ technology, but only the physical design of the SK-II device (i.e. a design patent for what it looks like).

3) despite this patent being granted 8 months ago, there are still plenty of copycats that look very similar. They wont be stopped.
