I just had a quick browse through a couple of P&G 'issued' patents and it appears that they may own the rights to;
- A cosmetic composition, wherein the concentration of the vitamin B3 compound is between about 3% and about 5% by weight of the cosmetic composition.
- The cosmetic composition, wherein the vitamin B3 compound is niacinamide
Maybe worth further investigating, not only the rights of 3%-5% weight of niacinamide, but also the maximum legal weight of niacinamide allowed in a cosmetic/skin care formulation?
