B2R, as Glyn pointed out in his reply the 90 days is just a number, a ball park number and as disappointing as that may be it certainly does open up the possibility for the 90 day period to be broken. This is the unfortunate reality but the master licensing agreement does finally appear to be truly imminent. The lack of sellers at the moment shows that not too many are willing to part with their shares as i'm sure they are all anticipating the announcement.
