It occurs to me the 'must' in the 90 days probably related to allowing the wand to be included in the roll-out. Since it wasn't, it 'must' now get its own dedicated P&G advertising splurge when the agreement is finalised.

Seems preferable to roll it all out together, so I wonder what caused them to miss the deadline?

Having missed it, the 'need for speed' has evaporated and so my guess is September, maybe even October for the big day because P&G have the impetus of the wandless rollout for the moment.
