It is only being launched Singapore-wide initially in August, we don't have any further information after that about which other countries (presumably Asian countries) or launch expansion time-frames or whether the wand will be heavily promoted during the early stages or not.
With the stempower cream launch the wand joined the party months later. Not sure if this will be the case with the RNA launch, but from all accounts and articles so far, there hasn't really been any explicit reference to the wand that I've come across, so far it's been all about the cream.
Although from all the pictures of the unveiling, there was a clear demonstration of the wand but articles and SK-II website has not referred to it at all. In fact, if you look at the RNA Eye Cream listing on the SK-II website:

and go to the "How to Use" section, it says:
"After cleansing, condition the skin with a clear lotion and milky lotion, take the amount about size of 0.5cm in diameter and very gently spread over around eyes using the ring finger."
Promotes the manual use of applying the cream via the ring finger, no wand or devices mentioned.
So this in conjunction with no reference to the wand at the unveiling and in conjunction with how the stempowered cream was launched, I would be banking on an initial wand-less launch for the RNA cream, so there might not be any wand activity for 2-3 months?
However, we can take confidence that a wand will come into the picture later due to a wand clearly being used in demonstration:

More patience likely required, but it is getting there.
Personally, I'm much more excited about the Olay wand and confirmation of which Olay product it is going to be used for (I think most of us are expecting one of the Olay Eyes products that is also being launched in July/August).

So that's two new P&G products being unveiled and/or launched in July/August, and I am expecting 100,000 of the wands that were shipped to be fore the RNA cream and 100,000 for the Olay product.
It will be interesting to see how it all unfolds, as this will be the first time working with a different P&G brand launch, so I'm super keen to see if Olay will advertise the wand from the get-go, or whether they will follow the steps of SK-II and throw it into the mix later, and whether they will initially launch in Singapore only etc., so many questions and so many answers guaranteed in the next few months.
