Its a huge seller for SK-II and is time restricted so they would prefer people to buy those rather than another new product which can be intro'd at any time.

Most people will only buy ONE Magnetic Eye Care Set since the wand can be used forever (at least until you dismantle it so many times and break off the little retainer like I did). Since customers are only buying one, SK-II can focus on selling it at any time.
