Exactly. I don't have a problem with some dilution, it's just the timing of the deal that has come at a low SP point caused by the Dow related sell-off and delays in the pilot plant and Thack results.
Without the sell-off and delays the SP probably should be around 12c atm, which would mean less dilution.
Anyway we just have to wait until Monday/Tuesday to get the full details.
