Just to correct myself in here ,Fraser 123 is right to remind us that they haven't paid the money yet ,something they might do in future no doubt in my mind about that they will,
Let's do some calc.say in six months time AUZ will be worth $1 Bil. And they decide to exercise their option getting 20%,what is that going to be , getting $ 200 mil. worth of shares for investing $65 mil.not a bad deal for them in that case we will be diluted badly,In case the company value drops to say$ 100 mil.they don't have to exercise their option, now could B.B. have done better ,he is in a better position than anyone else to know that,,,anybody see lt differently?I might be wrong again.....
