If SK are looking at other options, they are sure keeping it quiet. Of course anything is possible. However there is the case of better the devil you know along with some serious water already under the bridge. Now SK would of course rather not fund the full buikd amount obviously, maybe the Australian government will step up to the plate and SK know this. Maybe they are all talking like that photo showed and why would we be told by BB or expect to be. Tell you what I'd tell anyone sweet F all...
Game of cat and mouse perhaps but one way of another this will be built and to state the obvious to much of a win/win for all sides and yawn of course the usual suspects will pooh pooh all this as they accumulate or simply have to.
