this is my take...IMO
total Prepayment will be pending on finance still...I think SKI will put in a schedule of timelines (4) for the prepayment over the next 6 months...
- total prepayment - $400M
1: $25M - as first good faith payment and I believe it will be for shares
2: $75M - once secured either NAIF or a major lender for $500M
3: $200M - once secured the other $500M
4: $100M - I believe they will still want a seat on the board (this could be something similar related back to the 19.9% for SKI to jump back in coupled with 1 above)
