I'd be pretty confident Marcus would have inserted a minimum amount condition in the letter privately to SK. This would be whole point of his take or pay strategy surely.
I suspect it would be relatively nominal in the SK world but enough to keep the show on the road for 4-6 months ($2-3 million perhaps). Otherwise the announcement on 31st Oct was a bit of a sham IMO
