Yep. Effectively Marcus is sending a message to SK. 'You've strung this out too long. You need to send a letter with 30 days indicating your desire to proceed + a minimum prepayment commitment' This would act like a deposit on buying a house and would presumably cover the cash burn of AUZ for the next 4 months or so while they finalise everything. If finalisation falls apart AUZ can look elsewhere without being too badly burnt in the process i.e. keep the prepayment. ($2-3 million ?)
