Given that there is no move by SKI to reduce its cell factory expansion plans, your hypothesis is completely incorrect. Only if the former happened, would there be a need to abandon upstream materials supply. The termination is the result of other factors - the lack of desire on Ski's part to inject capital into Sconi together with the adequacy of its other supply chains.

LG Chem and SKI will resolve the dispute before the damage becomes unacceptable.
