SR presented at a Sydney Mining Club breakfast. I think it was late 2017 (but not 100% sure) - that should give you enough to find it (CLQ website perhaps?). In that same presentation SR said something like "mining will be more like landscaping than conventional open pit mining". Of course I'm paraphrasing.
I posted about these reckless comments on the CLQ forum at the time.
