The company said in the announcement that they are working on long term offtake agreement that will replace the previous term sheet. They said that it will be done this quarter. The same announcement said that noting have changed with SKI except a few deadlines. If there was any negotiations about 12 cents price then it would have been disclosed in that announcement.
In my opinion they will do a proper offtake agreement and pay the $80M this quarter so that banks can finalise the funding in the next quarter. What's the need to do a final version of offtake agreement if they are not sure about $80M transaction.
