My post was 100% correct mate. It detailed the correct process and time to convene an EGM. Having been involved in the convening of many general meetings I know how it works.
My post was pointing out to Vintage that even if it was mandatory that shareholders approve the issue and it occur before 20 Feb (which I never agreed with) that his timing calculations were wrong as the Notice of Meeting would have needed to go out before yesterday.
Seeing as I remain 100% correct in what I said are you going to apologise now?
