Thanks for taking the time to share your knowledge on the finer details of ASX rules. It's a breath of fresh air to have someone who knows what they're talking about vs someone who likes to make is sound like they do.
Of course this level of detail is awesome and informative but was never needed really since blind Freddy could see that AUZ clearly left the door open with the phrase "SK Innovation’s ability to acquire an equity stake in Australian Mines remains very much alive and will remain so until at least 20 February 2019."
It's just English comprehension 101 really.
