I don't think I have ever read so much rubbish as this post on the AUZ threads and there have been some doozies.
You have invented all this stuff. Have you even read the announcement!?
And I'll say it again, its irrelevant how many days before the 28 days commences that AUZ has to send letters or emails to those who have requested them. That is just admin detail that has nothing to do with when the 28 days deadline occurs!
