The more important question is what part of "must acquire....on or before 20 Feb" do you not understand?

It is not "seek to acquire' that is required by 20 Feb. It is "must acquire".

And together with that, what part of "subject to shareholder approval at a General Meeting" and "28 days minimum notice for a General Meeting" do you not understand?

It is so laughable that, based on the clear statements in the company announcement and the relevant company law , that you could actually say that shareholders actually get to vote after the options have been exercised.

That is tantamount to saying that new MP's take up their seats in the Federal Parliament before a general election.
