It was the same with oil until they invented the internal combustion engine , oil was just in the ground up till then .
Now with climate change and the electrification of everything these minerals will be in high demand .
When oil was just below the surface nobody wanted oil that was deep underground, now they are drilling thousands of feet for it .
Your argument is as usual full of flaws .
