    Not sure exactly why Sydneybhai....Either the market feels its good value OR the price is being manipulated... There is not large volumes going thru. on a daily basis.

    IMO 4.5 or 5 Cents a share is absolute bargain basement price...especially if you are coming in at these levels and not furiously averaging down like most of us are doing here.
