    It should not be a SPP with limit of $15,000 - as it does not
    allow existing shareholders the opportunity of maintaining
    their position.

    They should make offer to Existing Institutions & Retail at a big discount to all the others.... like say at about 1 Cent.... to allow them/us to at least come close to maintaining their position.
