Base case (1) for Au + Pd zone shows NPV about 2 bucks a share ..........
Starter zone @ (1) L/t prices 650 / 400 / 1350 for Au / Pt / Pd

Base case + 25% (2) same gives NPV > 10 bucks a share
Srater zone @ 813 / 500 / 1688 for Au / Pt / Pd

cf SPOT prices 958 / 2135 / 554

Base case (1) should give enuff meat to base PGM price around 2 bucks ........... but prob retrace first on "fact"

Cae (2) shows how sensationally UPSIDE sensitive it is to metal prices ........ SPOT prices indicate an NPV > 10 bucks a share

Hence IMO starter project looks to be at critical mass and should attract majors interest IMO ........ BUT WE KNOW HOW LONG THESE THINGS TAKE TO EVOLVE

The price of PGM from here can do what it likes but suspect it might first retrace to pivotal 134? 120? 112 ?

U can see where this story is headed over next 2 years in a rising precious metals background.

Remember this is starter project only for 6 mill ozs Au / 2 mill ozs Pd

Personal conclusion ........ am VERY happy to be holding my CORE into MY expected precious metals cycle peak thru to y2011 meanwhile trading the wavelet opportunities as presented. danger is stock should continue to tighten from here as investors take out the day trade offerings in market dips.
