I am first to admit i'm a dreamer with no experience setting up a mining operation and all the heart ache  that goes with...however all things start with a dream. What we want to see is a plan to  have  a functioning exploration base on the shores of The Skaegaard intrusion. FIFO or Sail in Sail out. The income from Australian Scandium,Cobalt,Gold will inevitrably fund that base. That much we know is not a dream.
A few million dollars from these operations will set up a base to fully explore our tenements in Skaeegaard.

Will we purchase a mining exploration ship? Maybe make the base on water for the early stages.
