So these pieces of scum get 18 months for their unprovoked attack, while a one punch coward gets a minimum of 8 years.
These scum are career/lifetime thugs. The coward puncher is a stupid uneducated fool. If the coward puncher stopped for a chat first, he might only get 18 months.
Where is the equity in this? Time to align the minimum penalties for these cowardly attacks to a minimum non-parole 8 year sentence.
And for these pieces of scum like the skaf gang (and they are only tough when in a gang), their first year in jail should be in solitary. And as for the perks in Aussie jails, that's another story!
