Vesupria, I can see you logic it makes sense but labour hire is generally based on casual employees. As I acknowledged earlier there would no doubt be a perm work force but I would suggest it is the smaller part of the SKE business. PRG would probably have a larger proportion through their facilities maintenance business & interestingly the risk that presented by a potential merger wasn't brought up. If the two got together I' be more inclined to subscribe to your fears.
Also it's worth noting the OH&S issues they 'bang on' about are important on 2 fronts; 1 people are attracted to a company that doesn't hurt them at work - that brings down operating costs because it's easier to attract your product & 2 (and perhaps more importantly) workers compensation costs for a business that employees the numbers SKE does would most likely be one of their biggest overheads the better their OH&S record the cheaper their premiums.
