The offer from PRG at (effectively) 1.38 provides a floor to SP. While SKE have rejected offer, it still stands. Both companies will benefit but someone has to be head honcho. Let's look at 1H results to see which is the stronger. SKE can't knock back an offer and then produce a 'shocker' in late Feb. Perhaps my orig calcs are the more accurate of the two.
