Ocker I agree with you. I don't buy the conspiracy theories about manipulation and I think the T/O offer is just opportunistic.

Put another way, if the prospects are for a full year dividend of 17c, and the same going forward then professional investors (funds etc) would be all over SKE like a rash".

However I do believe that fund managers generally act like sheep and follow each other in and out of stocks and sectors.

I'm willing to go in the other direction. SKE I believe they have wrong.
