OK let’s put this into perspective. Well the way I see it anyway.
Skeptic: Why does the co2 lag temperature by approx. 800 years.
Warmist: Because our oceans are Co2 sinks. As the oceans warmed the Co2 was released.
Skeptic: Why do you say today’s disasters from weather events attributed to AGW.
Warmist: Because Co2 is going through the roof.
Skeptic: I am confused. You just implied from that today’s weather events are a result of Co2 gathered from 800 years ago. As the ocean warms the Co2 is released. Is what you just said.
Warmist: Yes but our atmosphere is so thick in Co2 and our oceans are saturated with Co2. That is why there is no lag now.
Skeptic: So why then are we experiencing pause in temperature rise if the if the earth’s atmosphere is already saturated.
Warmist: Look our algorithmic models anticipated these pauses. We knew these pause were going to happen.
Skeptic: Oh? So what is causing these pauses in temperature rise.
Warmist: Listen here anyone with half a brain knows that when you apply logic that it must be the case.
