SKG placement of 1.56 million shares at 24.5p or 57c a share.
Now that is a major discount to the current share price.
Plus a major dilution.
History shows the market normally works its way down to the placement price.
I still cannot understand why SKG need funs IF...i repeat IF...this Russian money was so guaranteed.
Raises evenmore red flags.
