( i think the limit is 15% without a EGM)

and at a 25% discount to its current share price.

especially in light of the fact they have this reported $23 million due from the Russians (was due on the 30th of june and now has been extended)

don;t know Brad but this is looking especially shaky unless you have a reasonable explaination........

i guess holders like yourself will have to hold and wait.
