SKI: accountability and inconsistencies over Transgrid acquisition, page-9

SKI is definitely a good buy.

However from report few things:
1. Corporate over heads have gone up
2. earnings in some parts is down
3. A lot relies on this quarter and the first quarter of 2017 which will impact earnings
4. Dividend is solid but unfranked which doesnt help

So am not surprised there is a bit of uncertainty among the holders.

I would expect it to be at 2.10 which will give it a fair valuation
